[A11Y-105] Feature cards and state/value UI #36
Description
Create toggle, choice and multi-level control primitives with accessible name/state/value, slider bounds/output, search counts and clear empty/error/unavailable/permission states. Profiles preview affected controls and reversal.
Acceptance: Controls use shared state and are keyboard/touch/AT operable.

Completed via PR #92 and commit 0070f62. Implemented FeatureCard, ToggleControl, ChoiceControl, StepperControl, FeatureStatusState, and ProfilePreviewCard with full ARIA semantics, keyboard navigation, and tests.
