Confirm npm package identity, ownership and release version #5

On 2026-10-13 the owner selected the existing accessibility-plugin-react package for the new design and compound API.

• Registry inspection verified latest 1.0.0 and maintainer praboth; npm login/owner access are verified as praboth.
• Owner selected accessibility-plugin-react@2.0.0-beta.1 under beta; migration guidance documents the breaking major API.
• Approved publishing method: authenticated local npm CLI, no credentials stored in source or chat.
• Package/lock metadata, installation, examples, archive consumers and release notes use the selected identity.

Implementation: PR #18, source cf4348b. The owner separately authorized publishing this beta; latest is to remain 1.0.0. Stable promotion and future versions require separate authorization.
