Add neutral, user-editable Motor Impaired, Blind, Color Blind, Dyslexia, Low Vision, Cognitive & Learning, Seizure & Epileptic and ADHD suggestions with preview, atomic apply, explicit overrides and no implicit audio/mic.

Acceptance: All eight profiles and independent-choice survival are tested.
