Add opt-in speechSynthesis selection/article read, pause/resume/stop, voice/rate/pitch/language; require activation, stop safely on lifecycle, exclude sensitive/private fields and label as Read aloud.

Acceptance: Browser matrix and keyboard stop behavior pass; no transcript/recording leaves package.
