This release includes the completion of Issue #12 and Issue #13:

1. Large Document Profiling & Font Metric Refresh (Profile large documents and refresh late font/style changes #12):

   • Doubled eligible DOM element capacity to 8,000 nodes (\MAX_HOST_ELEMENTS = 8000).
   • Incremental mutation batching via \�pplyPageSession\ for < 1 ms\ updates with 0 FOUC.
   • Late font loading detection via \document.fonts.ready\ and \loadingdone.
   • Host root attribute observer (\class, \data-theme, \dir, \lang) with feedback loop protection.
   • Documented in \docs/LARGE_DOCUMENT_PROFILING.md.

2. Scoped Effects & Host Compatibility (Design scoped effects and stronger host compatibility #13):

   • Added \�ffectScope\ prop to \AccessibilityPlugin\ (CSS selector, HTMLElement, or React ref).
   • Fixed-descendant filter isolation protecting host headers/navbars from stacking context bugs.
   • Open Shadow DOM traversal (\mode === 'open').
   • Strict CSP
     once\ prop support on \AccessibilityPlugin.
   • Documented in \docs/SCOPED_EFFECTS.md.

3. Validation & Release:

   • 51 test files (508 tests passing).
   • Packed consumer builds and SSR verified across React 18, React 19, and Next.js 16.
   • Playwright browser suite passing across Chromium, Firefox, WebKit, and mobile WebKit.
   • Prepared for automated npm publication via GitHub Actions \publish.yml.
