Release the merged create-prisma updates: refreshed framework starters and coordinated Prisma dependencies (#125), safe existing-directory prompts (#124), and preserved auth cancellation (#117).

create-prisma requires Node >=22.22.0. Generated templates use TypeScript 6, not 7. Prisma itself keeps its existing Node minimum.

Verification: 98 unit tests, formatting, lint, typecheck, dependency pins and build pass. The template update was verified across all 20 PostgreSQL template/authoring combinations with local and cloud deployments; minimum-Node and Windows checks passed on #125.

Squash-merge to trigger the existing npm trusted-publishing workflow. This PR changes only the package version; docs and other dist-tags are unchanged.
