Applies upstream opencode v1.18.2 → v1.18.3 as a 3-way patch per the runbook in DIVERGENCES.md (Syncing with upstream).

Conflict resolutions (per the DIVERGENCES.md table)

• packages/app/src/pages/home.tsx — took upstream's ScrollView restructure; kept the fork's two openHelp links pointing at the fork docs (docs-site links row)
• packages/app/src/pages/layout.tsx, layout-new.tsx — upstream removed HelpButton; the fork keeps TabsInfoPopup unmounted (GPU-less e2e runner row), so nothing is imported from help-button anymore
• packages/app/src/components/help-button.tsx — deleted: upstream removed HelpButton, the fork removes TabsInfoPopup, leaving the file empty
• sdks/vscode/package.json — kept fork identity fields (name/displayName/publisher/description), took upstream's version
• Fork-deleted locale dicts (ar, de, zh, …) filtered out of the patch as usual; en/es took upstream's updates

DIVERGENCES.md updated: help-button row now records the file deletion, and the retired HelpButton references were dropped from the layouts, product-string, and docs-site-links rows.

• bun install regenerated the lockfile cleanly
• bun turbo typecheck --concurrency=3 — 31/31 packages pass
• Targeted tests around the changed areas: packages/opencode footer.view (24 pass), packages/ui scroll-view (8 pass), packages/app command + local-agent (10 pass)
