Summary

Removes packages/web and packages/docs entirely. The fork's user-facing docs live in the codev-landing-page repo (content/docs/code), and every in-app docs link (TUI docs.open, app menu, provider hints) already points there — the in-repo Astro site was never deployed by the fork.

What's deleted

  • packages/web — the Astro/Starlight docs site, including upstream's marketing lander (Lander.astro) and the /s/<id> share viewer, none of which the fork deploys.
  • packages/docs — untouched Mintlify starter-kit boilerplate; not a workspace member (no package.json), referenced by nothing.
  • The sst.cloudflare.x.Astro("Web") block in infra/app.ts (the only live code reference).

Bookkeeping

  • DIVERGENCES.md: added one directory-level Deleted / keep deleted row (the sync loop's FROM/HEAD filter auto-skips upstream changes under deleted paths); removed the three rows that only targeted docs files (web-docs rebrand, github.mdx, docs-site header rebrand); pruned the packages/web file mentions from the keybind rows (double-Ctrl+C, sidebar_toggle, session_interrupt_now), the config-file rename, repo-links, and the two locale rows.
  • AGENTS.md: the update-the-docs instruction now points at the landing-page repo, with behavior changes recorded in CHANGELOG.md here for syncing.
  • .codev/command/commit.md: dropped the docs: prefix rule for packages/web.
  • bun.lock: regenerated (bun install), dropping the @opencode-ai/web stanza.

Verification

  • grep sweep: no live references to packages/web/packages/docs/@opencode-ai/web remain (the desktop copy-metainfo.ts hit is a frozen upstream githubusercontent URL, already on the repo-links row's deliberately-untouched list).
  • bun turbo typecheck --concurrency=3: 31/31 tasks pass.
  • bun run lint: 0 errors.
  • Neither package had a turbo typecheck/test task, so CI surface is unchanged.

The user-facing docs moved to the codev-landing-page repo (content/docs/code),
which every in-app docs link already points at, so packages/web — the Astro
docs site, plus upstream's marketing lander and share viewer, none of it
deployed by this fork — and the untouched packages/docs Mintlify starter kit
are dead weight. Deleting them also shrinks every clone and drops ~70 doc
files from the upstream-sync conflict surface (the sync loop auto-skips
fork-deleted paths).

DIVERGENCES.md updated: one directory-level Deleted row replaces the three
docs-only rows, and the doc-file mentions are pruned from the keybind,
config-rename, repo-links, and locale rows. AGENTS.md now points doc updates
at the landing-page repo via CHANGELOG.md.

PR #122 deleted packages/web wholesale. That removed a docs site the fork
never deploys, but it also removed the doc *sources* — and the sync
runbook drops any path that existed at FROM and is absent from HEAD, so
from then on upstream's doc edits were skipped in silence rather than
raising a conflict. The v1.18.4 sync landed the day after the deletion
and carried none of upstream's doc changes.

Restores the 36 English .mdx sources at their upstream paths, recovered
from aea63bb^ so they keep the fork's existing rebrand, then ports
upstream's v1.18.3..v1.18.4 delta into the only two pages that changed
(go.mdx, zen.mdx). Both now match upstream v1.18.4 byte for byte once
"CoDev Code" is normalised back to "OpenCode".

Nothing else comes back: the Astro scaffolding, public assets, the
marketing lander, the /s/<id> share viewer, src/content/i18n and every
translated docs directory (including es/) stay deleted, as does
packages/docs. Without them the .mdx imports dangle by design — nothing
compiles these files. The directory is not a workspace member, so
bun.lock is unchanged and turbo still sees 32 tasks.

These are a merge base, not published docs. The docs users read stay in
codev-landing-page (content/docs/code/{en,vi}); a conflict here is a
signal to port the substance across by hand.

Bookkeeping:
- DIVERGENCES.md: rewrote the packages/web deletion row; restored the
web-docs rebrand and github.mdx rows (English-only now that es/ is
gone); re-added the doc mentions pruned from the three keybind rows,
the config-file rename row and the repo-links row; folded the deleted
translated docs dirs and src/content/i18n into the locale row.
- Sync runbook: added a pathspec so upstream locale files new in TO
cannot reappear through the deleted-path filter, a note about the same
hole for other new packages/web files, and an explicit post-sync step
to port the doc diff into codev-landing-page.
- packages/web/FORK-DOCS.md (fork-only): explains what this directory is
for, that it is never built, and where to actually edit the docs.
- AGENTS.md: warns off documenting fork features here.
