feat(tui): dedup agent/model trailer on last message - #135

The trailer under the last assistant reply repeated the agent and model the prompt footer already shows one line below. When they match the current selection, hide the marker and agent/model text and render the elapsed time as "Baked for <duration>" instead; skip the line entirely when nothing is left to show. Older messages and mismatched selections keep the full trailer. Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

View test for the trailer suppression added in #135: the last assistant message shows only "Baked for <duration>" when its agent and model match the current selection, the full trailer returns after agent.cycle, and cycling back restores the suppression.
