Summary

The VS Code extension's "c" badge — the Marketplace/details-panel icon (images/icon.png), the editor-title button, and the codev terminal tab glyph (images/button.svg) — switches from teal #0891B2 to the brand red #ee0033 used by the "dev" half of the CoDev wordmark (packages/tui/src/logo.ts, matching the landing page's --color-brand-red).

  • icon.svg / button.svg: fill recolored, comments updated
  • icon.png: regenerated from icon.svg (rendered at 512×512 via resvg)
  • DIVERGENCES.md: the sdks/vscode table row and the VS Code extension notes now describe the red badge
  • CHANGELOG.md: Unreleased entry under a new "VS Code extension" section

Note: the icon previously matched the teal badge drawn by codev --mini; the extension icon now intentionally diverges from it. Recoloring the TUI badge to match is left as a follow-up if desired.
