docs: link CoDev Code's CodeGraph entry to the upstream native-target PR - #169

The CodeGraph entry (#128) describes codev codegraph enable — the fork-side workaround for CodeGraph's installer not recognizing CoDev Code. That native support is now proposed upstream as colbymchenry/codegraph#1459 (custom installer targets), so codegraph install --target codev wires the same entry from the CodeGraph side. Note it on the existing entry, matching the upstream-link convention #167 used for the MiniMax prompt entry.

Adds an upstream-PR link to the existing CodeGraph changelog entry (
codev codegraph enable, #128), matching the retire-on-upstream convention #167 established for the MiniMax prompt entry. The #128 entry documents
codev codegraph enable— the fork-side path that wires the CodeGraph MCP server intocodev.json(c)because CodeGraph's own installer didn't recognize CoDev Code. That native support is now proposed upstream in colbymchenry/codegraph#1459 (spec-driven custom installer targets), where CoDev Code is a one-linecodegraph targets addspec andcodegraph install --target codevwrites a byte-identical entry from the CodeGraph side.Framed as complementary rather than retiring:
codev codegraph enablestays the one-step convenience (it also installs thecodegraphbinary and offers to index), while the upstream PR gives CoDev Code users a CodeGraph-side path too.Docs-only; no code change.
