feat(desktop): rename the app from CoDev Code to CoDev - #231

The app spans Work alongside Code, so the "Code" suffix no longer describes it. Renames every user-visible name: productName and protocol display names per channel (CoDev / CoDev Dev / CoDev Beta), APP_NAMES, window title, crash and updater dialogs, app menus, WSL onboarding and settings strings, the en/es i18n dicts in both packages, the AppStream metainfo, and the desktop README. Stable identifiers are deliberately unchanged so updates and upgrades stay seamless: appId ai.codev.desktop*, the codev:// scheme, artifact names (codev-code-desktop-*), the update feed, Linux executable and package names, and persisted store names. Also deletes two stale gitignored ai.opencode.desktop*.metainfo.xml build leftovers under resources/ (untracked, removed locally). Co-Authored-By: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
