• Remove artifacts/ — upstream's Remotion marketing-video project (glm52-rise-video) with rendered MP4/PNG binaries committed. Nothing references it and it bloats every clone.
• Rebrand github/ (the composite GitHub Action):
  • Installs the fork's codev-code npm package (version resolved from the npm registry, cached under ~/.codev-code) and runs codev github run instead of curling upstream's install script and running opencode github run.
  • Trigger mention defaults to /codev (action.yml mentions default; index.ts matcher likewise).
  • use_github_token defaults to true — the fork has no GitHub App, so upstream's OIDC token exchange can't work out of the box.
  • share defaults to false — the fork's server defaults share to disabled, so an unset SHARE on a public repo would have failed the run trying to share.
  • index.ts (the local-dev variant) spawns codev serve, creates codev/* branches, and rebrands visible strings.
  • README rewritten: manual setup targeting quickbeard/codev-code/github@main with GITHUB_TOKEN auth; mock-event examples use /codev.
  • Kept upstream on purpose (functional plumbing): api.opencode.ai exchange endpoints, the opencode-github-action OIDC audience, opencode.ai share URLs, the social-cards URL, @opencode-ai/sdk import, and internal identifiers.
• DIVERGENCES.md — table rows for both changes, plus a "Known rebrand gaps" bullet for what this PR deliberately does not touch.

Known gaps (documented in DIVERGENCES.md)

• codev github run's real logic lives in packages/opencode/src/cli/cmd/github.handler.ts, which still posts upstream-branded comment footers and creates opencode/* branches; codev github install still scaffolds upstream's workflow + GitHub App (README points at manual setup instead).
• npm latest (1.17.16) was published from a pre-rename tree and still ships the codev-code bin, so the action's codev invocation needs the next release to work.

Testing

• action.yml validated as YAML; the npm registry version-lookup step verified locally (resolves 1.17.16).
• Trigger regex checked against /codev fix this, bare /codev, and non-matches (/codevx, a/codev).
• Repo typecheck green (pre-push hook, 31/31 packages).

• README.md fixes — the Divergence policy link now points at the renamed quickbeard/codev-hub repo, and the Development section runs bun run dev / bun run typecheck from the repo root (only bun test needs a package dir — the root test script is a deliberate guard).
