The unreleased changelog entries for #116 were missing three user-visible changes that landed with it:
_fixtureis now a reserved record label, and generated YAML gains a_fixturemetadata entry that tools reading fixtures as plain records must skip. This is listed under Changed.idor is composite (Cannot dump tables if the table does not haveidcolumn #72).The model-aware fixture entry now links #49, #109, #116, and #129, and is rewrapped to 80 columns. The changelog has no other changes.
