build: remove third-party analyzer packages

Summary

• Remove the direct SonarAnalyzer dependency and unused analyzer package matchers in Renovate.
• Keep SonarCloud CI overrides at none. This changes build configuration only, so no new tests are needed.

Why

• Limit direct analyzer dependencies to the Sharp analyzers, PublicApiSharp, and Microsoft analyzers.

Breaking changes

• None.

How this was verified

• Built the full solution in Release and exercised the existing test suite.
• Checked the restored dependencies and all SonarCloud severity overrides. The hosted SonarCloud scan needs CI.

Notes for the reviewer

• Start with the shared package references. The Renovate cleanup is mechanical.
• The SonarCloud workflow stays in place. Its scanner supplies the Sonar analyzers during CI.
