The xml:base check is the exporter's: a check stage in its own Jenkinsfile - #89

…sfile release-download-directory, whose Jenkinsfile checked biopax.zip's xml:base, is on its way to being archived. The exporter's Jenkinsfile now checks its own output before the zip is published: one .owl for each species named, each with this release's base, the release number ended by its slash so release 9 cannot pass 98's files. CI's mirror of the check has the slash too. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

release-download-directory, whose Jenkinsfile checked
biopax.zip'sxml:base, is on its way to being archived as its files move to their own repositories and to the graph. So the check moves here, with the exporter that makes the files..owlfor each species named inSPECIES, each holdingxml:base="http://www.reactome.org/biopax/{release}/. The slash after the release number means release 9 can't pass 98's files, which the old pattern allowed.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
