Spec 001, notes and comments only. Replaces #177 after its review (two of its own wording fixes were wrong, fixed in the last commit).

  • T035's note nested as it was before Spec 001 T035 follow-up: pdf.js's error never printed whole #175.
  • The breaker's margins: bounded at 8.3 s, about 0.25 s above a run that stops (8.05 s at most, stalled) and 0.5 s below one waiting out its pauses (8.8 s), in the load-flakes note, its Spec 001: tests that failed on a loaded host #172 lows and the step test's comment alike.
  • T047's note lists all eleven folder tests.
  • The book signal tests' poll described as the code does it: every 10 ms, without pause once near holds (the launch's moments); a part printed polled every 10 ms throughout.

No code changes.

T035's note nested as it was (#175's follow-up after #171's review, the gaps
under the done note); the load flakes' and the breaker's margins as
measured; T047's folder tests listed in full; the signal tests' poll
described as it now works. Comments and notes only.

The breaker's margins said once, from the bound (8.3 s) to a run that stops
(8.05 s at most) and to one waiting out its pauses (8.8 s); the signal
tests' poll described as the code does it (spinning only near the launch's
moments, a part printed polled throughout).
