The
DocBlockTagReplacerservice in rector-src is being removed. Its only external caller wasScenarioToTestAnnotationRector, which uses it for a single fixed@scenario->@testrename.Inline that small loop directly into the rule and drop the dependency, so rector-src can delete the now-unused class.
