UseNodesToAddCollectoris no longer referenced anywhere in rector-src - imports are handled by the dedicated post-rectors. Removing it in a standalone PR, decoupled from the broader @api/dead-code cleanup.Verified: PHPStan level 8 clean, container boots, and a dry-run process run exercises the post-rector import path without error.
