Product outcome
The provider guide now states the delivery contract the product actually runs: Workspace requires explicit Pub/Sub push, while Microsoft 365 auto resolves to Graph notification push. Recovery is described as resuming from the durable provider watermark, with no unsupported polling fallback claim.
This documentation PR must remain unmerged until the production release.

A rendered strict build will run in hosted CI.
