Issue discussing switch to cibuildwheel: scoder/fastrlock#23

And PR: scoder/fastrlock#23

Once these are done, a new PR to add riscv64 support should be simple.

    I have uploaded riscv64 wheels for the latest fastrlock release, so this can likely be closed.
