The demo GIF started on an empty prompt (about 0.2% non-background pixels on frame 0), so a paused GIF (reduced motion) or a thumbnail showed nothing. The tape now runs the search hidden first and holds the finished output for 3 s, then plays the typed command as before. Frames 0, middle and last were checked by eye.
