- fresh-evaluation-report.md: name controls-20260916T202705Z as the run behind the committed evaluation/controls/results.log and state that its run directories are not committed; the 2026-09-11 run directories that are committed are identified separately. - README.md, fresh-evaluation-report.md: report the confirmation run as acceptance 3/3 after one retry and 2/3 under the single-attempt family-pass gate (off_by_one is family_pass=false); aggregate is acceptance 6/6 and 5/6 under the strict gate.

evaluation/fresh-evaluation-report.md: the final control run was namedcontrols-20260911T203623Z-*, but the committedevaluation/controls/results.log(36 PASS, 0 FAIL) is fromcontrols-20260916T202705Z(regenerated in b22684f). The report now names that run, says its run directories are not committed, and identifies the 2026-09-11 run directories that are committed (that run's log, also 36 checks, is in git history at f72708f).evaluation/runs/20260910T215600Z-real2/off_by_one-attempts.tsvattempt 1 fails acceptance and attempt 2 passes acceptance with a non-clean worker (provider 503). Reported now as acceptance 3/3 after one retry, and 2/3 under the report's single-attempt family-pass gate (off_by_oneisfamily_pass=false; the run's own files predate thefamily_passfield). Aggregate across real runs: acceptance 6/6, 5/6 under the strict gate (equal to the existing 5/6 clean-worker figure).Checks run locally (same as
