btp-transport-management-cpi-01-use-case 404s in production — no steps (needs ≥1 step) #24234

This tutorial currently 404s on developers.sap.com

btp-transport-management-cpi-01-use-case no longer renders in production — it returns a 404.

Cause

The tutorial source has zero steps (no ### H3 step headings). The new tutorial platform requires at least one step to publish a tutorial; step-less tutorials are quarantined at build time and excluded from the live site. (The step removal appears to trace to #24233.)

Only tutorials from the developer-advocates repo family are permitted to publish with zero steps (Devtoberfest validation pages); this tutorial is in the Tutorials repo, so the exception does not apply.

Fix needed (author)

Either:

1. Add at least one ### step so the content is structured as a step (recommended if this is meant to be a walkthrough), or
2. If this is intentionally an overview/scenario landing page with no steps, let us know — it needs a different content type than a step-based tutorial, which the platform team will handle.

Once at least one step is present and merged, the tutorial will republish and render again.
