fix(#2810): register hana-aicore-embeddings in docs sidebar - #2851

The HANA AI Core embeddings runbook was added to docs/developers/operations/ without a matching sidebar entry, so check-docs-sidebar.cjs failed every 'Deploy Docs to GitHub Pages' build. Add the alphabetical Operations entry.
