⚡ Refactor dossier-compiler to use Array joins for string generation - #102

Conversation
- Replaces `md += ...` loops with `md.push(...)` and `[].map().join()` in both JS and CJS variants of `extension/shared/dossier-compiler`. - Preserves the same formatting and logic, but significantly speeds up generation times on large dossiers by avoiding expensive string reallocation. - Covered by existing tests (`test-dossier-compiler.js`, `smoke-test.sh`, and `integration-test.sh`).

👋 Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request. When you start a review, I'll add a 👀 emoji to each comment to let you know I've read it. 💡 What: Refactored the Markdown generation loops in
extension/shared/dossier-compiler.js(and.cjs) to use array pushing (md.push) and array mapping ([].map().join('')) instead of string concatenation (md +=).🎯 Why: String concatenation within loops can result in poor memory usage patterns and slower execution times due to intermediate allocations, particularly for large dossiers. Using arrays and joining at the end is a standard optimization technique for constructing large strings in JavaScript.
