Patches the Node root lockfile, the Bun StackChan channel graph, and Go dependencies/toolchain. Root npm and channel Bun audits now report no vulnerabilities. The Go toolchain moves from 1.26.2 to 1.26.10, with golang.org/x/net 0.61.0 and required x/sys/x/text updates; govulncheck now reports none. Fixes two existing nonliteral log-format calls exposed by full Go test/vet validation.

Replacement candidates for Dependabot PRs #7, #8, #9, #10. Existing PRs remain unchanged.
Verified locally: root npm ci/textlint/audit (0); channel frozen Bun install/audit (0) and bundle (400 modules); Go 1.26.10 mod verify, complete go test/vet/build, govulncheck v1.9.0 (0). Adds read-only pull-request/main CI for all three graphs. No hardware access, firmware flashing, runtime service calls, secrets, deployment or publication.
