Adds a few short guidelines to CONTRIBUTING.md:

  • Bug reports should include a minimal reproduction and real-world impact.
  • LLM-found issues with no real practical impact and no security relevance should only be submitted if clearly justified.
  • Larger changes should be discussed (scope/approach) before implementation.
  • New short section on AI-generated PRs: using AI tools (including for self-review) is encouraged, but large auto-generated PRs/issues without clear human benefit are inefficient to review, and may be closed without merging even if technically valid.

No functional/code changes.

Adds guidance on bug report quality, low-impact LLM-found issues, discussing scope before larger PRs, and how we handle large auto-generated contributions.
