Bump PyreWire to 1.1.2 with wirelog 0.70.0

Description

Bump PyreWire from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2 and update the bundled/validated wirelog engine from v0.62.0 to v0.70.0, pinned to peeled commit c353350232c35356b34085abf5780a2fcb81e80f across CI and all cibuildwheel platforms.

Update the changelog, compatibility/support documentation, release checklist, contract tests, and ABI manifest. Preserve historical 1.1.1 release entries and the runtime minimum of wirelog 0.52.0; the Python public API is unchanged.

Testing

Built wirelog from the exact pinned commit using scripts/build_wirelog.sh, then ran:

WIRELOG_LIB=/tmp/pyrewire-112-wirelog070-install/lib/libwirelog.so.1 \
PYTHONPATH="$PWD/.venv/lib/python3.14/site-packages" \
.venv/bin/python -m pytest -q

Result: 657 passed, 10 skipped, 93.88% coverage on Linux/Python 3.14. The explicit dependency path makes mypy available to the packaging test's nested virtual environment.

The ABI manifest exactly matches the built library's exported wirelog_ symbols. git show --check HEAD passed. Independent review found no blocking issues.
