Summary
Adds a Claude Code hooks module that shows Seqera co-scientist progress above the prompt.
The hosted Seqera MCP server is gaining
co_scientist_*tools (start, status, reply, cancel), which let Claude hand Nextflow and bioinformatics tasks to Seqera's co-scientist agent. They aren't enabled in production yet. When Claude calls them, this module:/co-scientistand a Details button that open a pane with the stepsThe module observes tool results only. It doesn't change what Claude sends or receives, and it does nothing when the server doesn't offer the tools, in other clients, or in Codex (the Codex manifest only lists skills and MCP).
Also bumps the version to 0.3.0 in all three manifests.
Test plan

Overview
Adds Claude Code UI for Seqera co-scientist MCP tool progress and releases 0.3.0.
A new
hooks/module listens toco_scientist_*tool results (start, status, reply, cancel) without changing MCP traffic. It keeps panel state inpanel.ts(step accumulation, cost formatting, dismiss/reshow rules) and renders an AbovePrompt band plus a Co-scientist pane via/co-scientistor Details. Ended runs dismiss on the next prompt; working runs stay visible.Plugin wiring adds
