Handling of None for attributes and filters is incorrect #1005
Description
In get_runs in simvue/client.py is this code:
_runs = Run.get(
count=count_limit,
offset=start_index,
attributes=json.dumps(attributes),
filters=json.dumps(filters),
Note that if attributes or filters is None, json.dumps() results in the string null. So the HTTP GET ends up with &attributes=null which is not accepted.
