Missing support for ContextData (context strings) for EdDSA signatures #873

While testing pkc11-provider, I noticed the softhsm is ignoring the EDDSA signature params including the context strings, causing hard to debug issues when signature is generated using softhsm, but it is impossible to verify it with public key and implementation that looks to the context strings.
