Sync from checkout-android-sdk tag
v1.4.0(v1.4.0).Synced manually: the automated sync in the v1.4.0 tag-release run failed its key-material scan on a false positive (HC-1888). Staged with the sync transform from spreedly/checkout-android-sdk#378 (HC-1891), which replaces the SDK root
build.gradle.ktswith a plugins-only one; the SDK's v1.4.0 root file doesn't configure outside the SDK repo.Verified locally:
