Xcode 27 deprecates watchOS deployment targets older than v9, producing the following warning for any package that declares
.watchOS(.v4):This PR bumps the
watchOSminimum from.v4to.v9inPackage.swift.The existing
@available(iOS 10.0, OSX 10.12, tvOS 10.0, watchOS 3.0, *)guards in the source remain valid — they simply become unconditionally true with the higher minimum. No source changes are needed.Fixes #1375
