docs: move agent guidance to AGENTS.md and correct it - #51

CLAUDE.md becomes a symlink to AGENTS.md so every agent reads one file. The rewrite drops copies of what package.json, the source tree, and types.ts already say, and fixes guidance that had gone wrong: errors set process.exitCode rather than calling process.exit(1), no executeOmniFocusCommand() helper exists, the runtime floor is the engines field rather than Node 20, and `bun run dev` runs source once rather than watching. It adds the gotchas recent changes surfaced: Omni Automation properties go unchecked inside script strings, CLI options need matching MCP schemas and toolRegistry entries, `of` on PATH is the installed release, commands hit the user's live database, and CI installs from a frozen lockfile.
