I think the doc should specify to users that they must be using WSL and not powershell and also provide documentation for how to set streamlit up with powershell.

    We have a note on Streamlit development on Windows here: https://github.com/streamlit/streamlit/blob/develop/CONTRIBUTING.md#windows I think we are not planning to add more optimization for Windows development to our dev process at the moment. Using devcontainers is the recommended way in Windows.
