  • Measure webhook processing time: Added logs for the time spent handling webhook requests and processing events asynchronously, with event IDs for correlation.
  • Report skipped status for unmatched PipelineRuns: PipelineRuns that do not match an event are now reported as skipped instead of being silently omitted from provider status checks.
  • Add configurable API retries for Gitea and Forgejo: Added optional retries for rate limits and server errors, controlled by ConfigMap settings.
  • Block repository creation in system namespaces: tkn pac now rejects repository creation in Kubernetes and OpenShift system namespaces.
