Summary

  • Adds a corner-handle logo mark that starts on the visitor’s geo shape and cycles other states/countries in the navbar (faster on the hub, slower in studio; prefers-reduced-motion stays put).
  • Favicon and Apple touch icon resolve from Vercel geo headers, with a US fallback for local/unknown requests.
  • Share card stays crawler-stable: US outline, Geist Mono wordmark, balanced Geist Sans tagline, and “By DFLabs.”

Test plan

  • Hub header shows logo + wordmark; shape cycles about every 4s
  • Studio header shows logo only beside Data/Design tabs; slower cycle (~12s)
  • With reduced motion enabled, the logo does not cycle
  • Favicon matches visitor geo in production, US locally
  • /opengraph-image shows the lockup with tagline split as “Create data-rich maps” / “without leaving your browser.”
  • Logo corner handles are not clipped in the navbar or raster assets

Made with Cursor

Gives Map Studio a distinctive identity: visitor-geo favicon and cycling navbar marks, with a fixed US-outline OG image for crawlers.
