Navigate logical layers of code changes, visualize relationships, and explore their blast radius. 📝 WalkthroughWalkthroughThe documentation site navigation now reflects relocated Learn, Build, and Operate pages. Permanent redirects map moved routes to their new paths. Repository links and address-check inputs use the updated locations. ChangesDocumentation site

The inspected redirects stay within the documentation site, and no material security risk introduced by the PR was identified. Move 38 pages without content changes into learn/, build/, and operate/, and add a sidebar _meta.json for each section. Add a permanent redirect for every moved URL (MOVED_PAGES in docs/next.config.js). CRISP, internals, governance, tokenomics, the FAQ, the constitution, and the whitepaper keep their URLs. Update the repository references to the moved pages: README.md, the circuits and support READMEs, scripts/README.md, the provenance manifest message, agent/invariants/04_BUILD_CONFIG.md, a releases.yml comment, and the consumer paths in scripts/check-addresses.ts. The READMEs in circuits/bin/** are not changed, because the circuit SOURCE_HASH includes them.

Part 2 of 12 of the docs rewrite. This stack replaces #2010, which was too large to review. Each layer builds on the one below it. Merge the layers in order.
Changes
Move 38 pages without content changes into learn/, build/, and
operate/, and add a sidebar _meta.json for each section. Add a
permanent redirect for every moved URL (MOVED_PAGES in
docs/next.config.js). CRISP, internals, governance, tokenomics, the
FAQ, the constitution, and the whitepaper keep their URLs.
Update the repository references to the moved pages: README.md, the
circuits and support READMEs, scripts/README.md, the provenance
manifest message, agent/invariants/04_BUILD_CONFIG.md, a releases.yml
comment, and the consumer paths in scripts/check-addresses.ts.
The READMEs in circuits/bin/** are not changed, because the circuit
SOURCE_HASH includes them.
Review focus
The rename list (all 38 moves are 100% renames with no content change), MOVED_PAGES in next.config.js, and the reference updates outside docs/.
Verification
The facts on these pages were checked against the code at release 0.18.0. Where noted, they were also checked against mainnet or Sepolia state on 25 September 2026.
At this layer:
pnpm buildindocs/passes,pnpm check:addressespasses, and Prettier passes on the changed files. Each changed page passes a per-page check: Nextra compile, internal links, and the ASD-STE100 punctuation rules. The archival whitepaper and the constitution are kept word for word.
