Rewrite the home page and the six Learn pages against the code: overview, what an E3 is, architecture, E3 lifecycle, cryptography, and use cases. - The home page uses the new hero, committee ring, stage flow, and quick-start terminal. - The lifecycle page uses one stepper stage per E3Stage value and lists the deadline formulas, FailureReason values, and refunds. - Committee captions use the H-member roster and T + 1 shares. - Corrections include: inputs go to the E3 program, not the Interfold contract; only RISC Zero compute exists; sortition weight is tFOLD tickets, not stake; the decryption verifier checks the recursive Honk proof. Unverifiable compliance claims are removed.

Part 4 of 12 of the docs rewrite. This stack replaces #2010, which was too large to review. Each layer builds on the one below it. Merge the layers in order.

Rewrite the home page and the six Learn pages against the code:

use cases.

Review focus
The protocol descriptions: stages, deadlines, failure reasons, refunds, and the cryptography summary.
Verification
The facts on these pages were checked against the code at release 0.18.0. Where noted, they were also checked against mainnet or Sepolia state on 25 September 2026.
At this layer:
pnpm buildindocs/passes,pnpm check:addressespasses, and Prettier passes on the changed files.Each changed page passes a per-page check: Nextra compile, internal links, and the ASD-STE100 punctuation rules. The archival whitepaper and the constitution are kept word for word.
