Rewrite installation, quick start, hello world, and the project template, and the six E3 program anatomy pages (overview, secure process, program contract, compute provider, verification, and the complete example). Corrections include: the template runs Anvil, not Hardhat; dev-mode compile is a plain Cargo build; the FHEProcessor and request APIs use the current signatures; the program server posts a webhook and the coordination server publishes; registration also needs ERC-165 IE3ProgramDataAvailability. Removed template files that do not exist and the "coming soon" compute providers.

Part 5 of 12 of the docs rewrite. This stack replaces #2010, which was too large to review. Each layer builds on the one below it. Merge the layers in order.
Changes
Rewrite installation, quick start, hello world, and the project
template, and the six E3 program anatomy pages (overview, secure

Review focus
The install and template procedures, and the E3 program interfaces (IE3Program, compute provider, verification).
Verification
The facts on these pages were checked against the code at release 0.18.0. Where noted, they were also checked against mainnet or Sepolia state on 25 September 2026.
At this layer:
pnpm buildindocs/passes,pnpm check:addressespasses, and Prettier passes on the changed files.Each changed page passes a per-page check: Nextra compile, internal links, and the ASD-STE100 punctuation rules. The archival whitepaper and the constitution are kept word for word.
