Rewrite the Noir circuits page and the custom circuit, complete E3 program, and Sepolia deployment tutorials. The tutorial circuits and the modified MyProgram.sol were compiled with nargo 1.0.0-beta.26 and solc 0.8.28. The Sepolia tutorial explains that registerE3Program and setCiphertextVerifier are owner-only on the shared deployment, and it warns that the current Sepolia contracts predate the node release gate (#2011). Addresses come from deployments/manifest.json.

Part 7 of 12 of the docs rewrite. This stack replaces #2010, which was too large to review. Each layer builds on the one below it. Merge the layers in order.
Changes
Rewrite the Noir circuits page and the custom circuit, complete E3
program, and Sepolia deployment tutorials. The tutorial circuits and

The circuit workspace, toolchain versions, and the tutorial code.
Verification
The facts on these pages were checked against the code at release 0.18.0. Where noted, they were also checked against mainnet or Sepolia state on 25 September 2026.
At this layer:
pnpm buildindocs/passes,pnpm check:addressespasses, and Prettier passes on the changed files.Each changed page passes a per-page check: Nextra compile, internal links, and the ASD-STE100 punctuation rules. The archival whitepaper and the constitution are kept word for word.
