Rewrite tickets and sortition, manage tickets, node dashboard, upgrades, migration, exits and slashing, and troubleshooting. - The local dashboard binds 127.0.0.1, uses E3_NODE__DASHBOARD_PORT, and has the six real views. - Rewards are pull payments through claimReward to the recipient that is frozen at finalization. - Troubleshooting is organized by symptom. It adds the DHT QuorumFailed entry and the startup errors for data_availability and the Sepolia release gate. Every quoted log line exists in crates/. - A dated note says that mainnet has no slash policies (#2012).
