The PHPStan job failed on OrderCommentController: it used Front\Front::MESSAGE_DOMAIN, and the Front module no longer exists in Thelia 3. The controller now uses the module's own translation domain (the one its I18n files already declare).
Removed, as Smarty is no longer part of Thelia 3:
Config/config.xml is kept as an empty file: the core fails to boot the module without it.
Also: nullable type on postActivation (PHP 8.4). Version bumped to 3.1.0.
