audio: topology2: add PTL RT722@L0 + RT1320@L2 SoundWire target

Panther Lake SoundWire support was missing the RT722 on link 0 plus single RT1320 on link 2 layout, so the expected single-amp function topology was not available for selection. This adds the missing topology2 production target for that board configuration.

• What this adds

  • Register a new ACE3/PTL SoundWire topology target for:
    • RT722 @ Link 0
    • RT1320 @ Link 2 (single amp)

• Topology target update

  • Extend tools/topology/topology2/production/tplg-targets-ace3.cmake
  • Reuse the existing cavs-sdw PTL configuration pattern already used by adjacent RT722/PTL entries
  • Model the layout as a single amp link:
    • NUM_SDW_AMP_LINKS=1
    • SDW_DMIC=1
    • standard PTL jack/mic stream wiring

• Resulting target

  • Adds the missing production topology name:

  • No changes to existing multi-amp rt722-l0-rt1320-l23 variants
