Description
This PR adds a 2026 section to
PUBLICATIONS.mdwith the paper "Awkernel: RTOS Bridging DAG Scheduling Theory and Component-Oriented Real-Time Systems Practice". The section lists two entries.The RTNS entry says "to appear" because the conference is not held yet. The Springer LNCS pages and DOI will be added after the proceedings are published.
