A Java port of the ctdl-validate rule core, kept honest by a cross-language parity test: both run over a shared fixture corpus and must agree finding for finding, character for character, or the build fails. A second corpus bounds the three rules where the port leads. A reference port, not a product and not a claim of production Java experience.
