Overview
Updates Account MCP documentation to match newer server tools and clarifies how agents should use them.

Achievements are split so read_achievements / write_achievements cover CRUD-style access, while read_achievements_analytics keeps completion counts, rarity, and user_attributes filtering. Streaks gains documented tools for pauses (create_streak_pauses, delete_streak_pauses) and org streak config (get_streak_settings, update_streak_settings). A new Settings section documents get_settings / update_settings for branding, experimentation, and aggregation period.

Example prompts and Scope and Safety are extended (including that delete_streak_pauses is the documented delete exception). The Spanish capabilities and introduction pages are brought in line with the English copy, and i18n.lock hashes are refreshed for the changed translation segments.
