Add a Decisions tab: each call as a flowchart of its decisions - #43

Beside the graph, a new tab draws each call top to bottom: each if as a question with yes and no arrows (elif and match cases as the next question), loops as boxes with an arrow back to their top, try with the way taken when a line in it raises, and where the call returns or raises. The usual path runs down the middle; an answer that ends early sits beside it. Calls into the code's own functions that decide things too open in place, two deep, and deeper ones get a flow of their own that their box links to. A web app gets a flow for each route. One SVG per flow, no JavaScript. The reader now records how an if, else or except leaves its loop (CodeStep.ends: continue or break), keeps an if or except whose only line is that, and Step by step and the text outline say it.
