Full-stack by trade, though lately I mostly build things that build things: agents, small LLM tooling, and now and then a Rust detour taken for no reason I could defend under oath.
I believe in cheap verification. The type checker is the Caterpillar: it asks every value who it is before letting it go any further, and it asks for free. The unit tests ask again, less politely. Whatever slips past the pair of them, the traces have — begin at the beginning, go on till you come to the end, then stop. Full observability, so an agent can find its own way out of the wood without having to send for me.
